Le Naturel

Calm, comfortable bed, spacious, quite clean apart from the oven..

We got this apparment because of free parking, wrote in comments our car Renault Traffic but we couldn't park because the garage is up to 1,85m, so we paid 100 euros for city parking and had to drag our belongings 500 m, customer service didn't respond to our questions. They knew perfectly well that we wouldn't be able to use their little underground parking space on -2 level. No fork or spoon, just one knife. We asked for them, zero response, they wrote to me only on day five, just before leaving. That was a poor joke. Noise of neighbour's bathroom from 5 am, impossible to sleep longer, cold in September. There is no 24h reception, they leave the key in a box, I spent 10 minutes to get it, because it was so hard to open. Even if you pay for the cleaning, they ask you to clean.
