Great location for just watching the marine traffic, always something moving. Sunny veranda in the morning. Apartment was well appointed, comfortable bed. Toilet and bathroom were nice and clean. Check in instructions were good.

Some simple maintenance to some fittings, e.g toilet roll holder, leaking shower head, paint the bathroom door, clean the vents in bathroom. Remove the awful yellow efficiency labels from the appliances. Simple stuff. Surfaces needed a dust. A couple of coat hangers would have been handy.

Nice place but not a great experience.

Couldn’t collect keys and was expected to break into the letterbox to get them out, finally after about 45 mins on the phone a stranger helped us out. Once in the room greeted by an extremely unclean toilet with crap all over the seat and bowl and pubes everywhere, was then informed it would take hours to get the cleaners back so had to clean ourselves. Toilet sliding door would keep coming of the tracks. Told to park wherever and in the middle of the night received a note slipped under our door that we had to move before 6am ? We didn’t see the note until after 8am and of course within a week later received an infringement notice. The lady on duty was very polite and did always answer her phone to try and resolve the problems.
