What an incredible location! So convenient to the ferries and other public transport, walking distance to the CBD, shops and restaurants - and what a view every day! We were able to cook a meal at home in the fully stocked kitchenette if we wanted and just chill with a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the city come alive at night and the ferries - or walk 5 minutes across the road (or downstairs) to one of the many restaurants and shops. We just loved it and will definitely be back and stay here again. Our host Michelle was just so helpful and kind to deal with and deserves a big mention too for her excellent communication with us before and during our stay. Thanks for giving us a wonderful start to our first Auckland trip - we loved every minute.

Michelle's apartment suited us to a tee for our 5 day stay in Auckland at the end of our vacation In NZ. Its location was great, as we had relinquished our hire car. We were able to access the city centre and its attractions with ease. Ferries were close-by to use as well. Although we did not personally use the buses or trains, this transportation was also readily available.
The apartment was so well-equipped with everything you would need for a longish stay. The washer/dryer combo was a plus particularly as we had been travelling with short stays in other places.
Michelle was an attentive host. The digital guidebook was an excellent reference point.
Bed was comfortable; bathroom was roomy. The whole apartment was spacious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view, of course, was excellent as the harbour is a hive of activity. Auckland is very much a boaties paradise!
We hope to come back to NZ and stay again at 'One Cool Place' - very aptly named

It was not only convenient but the view was amazing. I needed handicap accessible and it was. Everything we needed was in walking distance (if I could walk while we were there!)
Michele gave us access to store our luggage before and after check in/out
I think any hiccups we had were due to our not being familiar. I would have saved a phone call if the tv information was written down and available.
