Lev Tolstoy 27-55 REsidence

Location

I paid in cash and the guy came to pick the money at 11 pm at night and my partner has to go downstairs to meet him.

Чисто, затишно, гарна комплектація

Location was great. Elevator was good, security was excellent.

We were kept waiting for an hour to pick up keys from the host. Then after sitting outside for an our we were sent a photo with how to check in. Apparently we could have just let ourselves in after all an not sit outside. The host wanted to collect the money (which was guaranteed by credit card anyway). We were asked to come and find the host in town, then be back at the apartment. Absolute mess. The kitchen wasn't well equipped, it was a struggle to cook, there was a rack with wet towels on when we came in. Our towels had hairs on. Long, black. Not ours. There was other stuff...Really not a great experience.
