Panoramic Loft Apartment

It was a decent accommodation in a good part of the city, easily accessible, if you only need a place to sleep and aren't too picky. Despite our late arrival, the host was kind enough to accommodate and come late to bring the key.

I booked a different property than what I received - Without letting me know ahead of time that the property was unavailable due to flooding, I was taken to a different apartment. The host did not mention it upon arrival either, and only addressed this once I brought it to his attention that the property was not what I had booked (so no pretty fireplace with armchairs by the window and the TV did not work). I was offered two alternatives that were not as nice as what I had booked, for the same value minus 1% of the cost, although the apartment arrangements were not the same quality as the one shown in these pictures and definitely not worth that amount of money. Being too late, I had to stay, so not much choice there, I picked one of the options provided and stayed there. All in all, it was decent and livable, but quite cold and not what I paid for or expected while on a vacation, based on the beautiful pictures.

The location of the apartment is great, it is located in the city centre but the area is calm and quiet. The supermarket and some restaurants are a 3-minute walk from the building. The apartment has everything and all amenities needed, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The host was in touch and very helpful.

The apartment might benefit a lot from proper cleaning service. Almost everything felt "not clean enough". I even re-washed the towels cause they had the smell of dampness. Also please consider adding a shower curtain, it's tricky to take a shower without it.

Clean and cozy, great location. Host was polite, great check-in/out times.
