Civico 91 Guest House

We booked at Civico 91 super last minute as the night before we had found ourselves in an accommodation with broken air conditioning (during a heat wave) but, honestly, this unforeseen change of plans was probably the best thing that happened to us. Cristina allowed us to check in early so we could go get some rest. She made us find the room already fresh, and the bed is so comfy we had the best sleep. Both rooms also have a little balcony with a dryer rack and the common area has a modern fully equipped kitchen and also a bigger terrace with a table to eat outside when the weather allows it. The guest room also a little gym and a washing machine that you can use for a small extra fee and free parking inside the property. Cristina also suggested to us good restaurants and places to visit, several beautiful clear water beaches are only 20/30min drive. Overall, the perfect stay, highly recommended.

Super clean, modern with all the amenities needed to for a decent stay. 10 mins from Oristano. Perfect location if you have a car to explore. Owner was really nice too.

Although there was a gym advertised in the photos, you have to pay extra for this which was misleading. I chose this particular place because of the gym. On arrival when asking about the gym, i was informed it was 40 euros extra per stay. We were only there 2 nights which would have been extremely expensive for the gym facilites available. I didn't see a washing machine either. However, I would recommend this place if you're in the area!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war von Anfang an sehr gut, sie ist ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe von Oristano, sodass alles gut erreichbar ist. Unser Zimmer war groß, mit Balkon, komfortabel, komplett ausgestattet und vor allem außergewöhnlich sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Die separate Küche und der Parkplatz haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist zudem neu und sehr gepflegt. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin wärmstens empfehlen.

Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag könnte man eventuell die Preise für zusätzliche Services, wie z. B. die Nutzung der Waschmaschine, noch einmal anpassen :).
