Tout était parfait ! Grande chambre, salle de bain spacieuse et cuisine commune très grande et agréable. Climatisation fonctionnelle. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Bonne localisation du logement pour rayonner dans la région. Nicola a été réactif et sympathique par message. Collations très agréables, on se sent comme chez soi ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Tutto era pulito e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata e dispone di tutto il necessario per preparare pranzo e cena. Per la colazione vengono messi a disposizione caffè e merendine. Il personale è stato molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile. La stanza era comoda, moderna e curata.

Nicola was a wonderful host. He provided anything we wanted from extra towels to beach umbrella.

Location is a bit further from the town centre. But Kubetto bar which is halfway to the centre made up for that.

The room was bigger than I expected and very clean, the bathroom was very beautiful with a walk-in shower. There is a nice common area with a small kitchen, a fridge and a big table. I appreciated that the host left some brochures about things to do in the area (and restaurants). I was not expecting to find breakfast, but there was a selection of pre-packed sweets and pastries for us, which was a nice surprise. Nicola (the host) contacted me on Wattsapp before our arrival giving extremely detailed and helpful information about how to access the room, which I appreciated.

Not necessarily bad things, but something to consider. The property does not have private parking. There are parking spots in the area. It was easy to park in early June, might be harder in high season. The property is not in the city center, we didn't want to drive again, it took us about 30 minutes to walk there. You need to do two flights of stairs to reach the room: we struggled a little with two big suitcases. The room we stayed in had a slanted roof, which is a little uncomfortable.
