Very comfortable apartment and very beautifully decorated.the host was very kind. Located in residential neighborhood just outside of oristano. Bed was very comfy! Breakfast was lovely on outside patio with delicious cappuccino! Parking was easy...on residential street. Location was approx 10 /15 minute drive to historic centre of oristano..had delicious pizza just down the road which was about a 4 minute walk! Would highly recommend for a stay in oristano.

Wonderful property with the most hospitable host you’re likely to ever meet. Giglia makes sure you are absolutely taken care of and comfortable. She has such pride in the property and her service and you feel it through your whole stay. The breakfast is insane- in a beautiful like patio, it’s a homemade treat that changed each morning of our 3 night stay. The room is immaculately clean and the linens, towels etc are all super comfy. We ended up eating in 2 nights as the kitchen is so well equipped, and all the styling so Italian, it was fun to stay in and eat.
The property is on the road, literally street level, but it’s a quiet street especially between 10pm-7am. We are light sleepers and we did not find it bothersome as we were generally awake when there was any traffic.
