Beautifully renovated apartment only 5 minutes walking distance from the historical area of Lecce. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was appreciated after a day out. Self checkin was easy and customer service was available via phone if needed. The washing machine was great to have as well.
Nothing.

It’s newly renovated apartment, appropriately furnished, new appliances. Great location, parking garage nearby.
Management group didn’t create atmosphere of pleasant and easy communication in dealing with anything. They kept us sitting in the car on a 100F day trying to fill out their forms before we could get inside, relax and use restroom after long drive with kids. Apartment didn’t have extra towels or extra blankets. Internet wasn’t working during our whole stay. Again, throughout our stay, they demanded filling out tons of forms and sending information back to them at their convenience instead of allowing us use our vacation time as we planned. Extremely invasive and unpleasant “hosts”. We never met anybody in person.
