Central position, possibility of parking

If I were the owner of this beautiful apartment,I would immediately change the BarbarHouse agency. Impossibility of communication,they don't respond to messages, they asked for the payment of 750euros,the entire amounth through a banc account,not through a card,on Saturday,with a deadline of 24h,after I have alredy paid a non- refundable amount of 540euros through Booking.I sent many messages asking for an explanation,but I got the same answer, something like " you have to pay". With hope that everything will be fine, and that they just have a problem with English, we paid the whole amount . Miss Vincenti Lisa Costanza, our contact with BarbarHouse,did not respond to messages at all until we sent in Italian,she was late to let us into the apartment, there was no electricity when we got in,she showed us a switch that we should flip if it happens again. The refrigerator had melted and was full of water,which laked out in the living room, she tried to clean it and broke a part of the refrigerator, her englis is very bad and we hardly understood that she wants to call somebody to clean but for 2-3 hours. So we said that we will do it by ourself, and she is gone. Than we discovered that there was absolutely nothing with which we could do this! There was no joggers,buckets,sponges,nothing... There were no tablets for the dishwasher,no liquid for the dishes, no garbage bags,wich we had to sort, in one bathroom there was no toilet paper, in thebother there was no cleaning brush, there was no soap...and nobady from BarbarHouse dont answer on my call So beautifull apartment with a very bad agency running it
