The proximity of the apartment to Lecce makes it's easy to visit the historic centre within a few minutes walk. It's a great base to be able to visit other parts of southern Puglia. On street parking is also convenient, on via Liguria using the SGM app, making it easy to extend your parking remotely. Parking charges were from 9am to 2pm in this zone and €0.60 an hour when we visited. Felix is a great host, sending all the required information through to assist with check-in. The apartment is a couple of floors up with stair only access, however we liked the fact that it was located at the back of the building and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning when it was cooler. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay.

Location was great. Felix was extremely easy to communicate with. The home was clean, comfortable and as described.

Kitchen could have been a little better equipped. Essentials were there, but my wife and I stayed for 10 days and we like to cook our own meals. We felt we could have had a few more kitchen items to make cooking easier.

Posizione vicino al centro, dotazione molto completa dell'appartamento(stoviglie, prodotti,etc..). Arredamento moderno, ambiente curato e confortevole. Materasso comodo e locali spaziosi. L'host si è reso sempre disponibile nella risoluzione di alcune segnalazioni.

Assenza di riscaldamento in bagno. Condizione del palazzo piuttosto decadente sebbene l'appartamento sia molto ben ristrutturato.

Perfect Apartment right in the city center - free Parking spots only 5 minutes away. Felix the owner was really helpful and so nice. I used this place as a Homebase for driving all day around in Puglia and spent the evenings in Lecce. Highly recommend
