About this house rental
The apartment is 60 square meters and is located on the fourth floor with elevator with unobstructed and panoramic; Comprising an entrance hall living room where there is a dining table TV, sofa bed, kitchen with appliances and washing machine, bathroom, and bedroom with double bed with accessories and two large balconies with a double view it make it very airy.
All the beaches of the coast can be reached by car or bus within about 10 minutes to San Cataldo or 20/30 minutes to Torre dell'Orso , Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli or Otranto; the airport of Brindisi is 40 km from Lecce .
Although situated in the historic center you can park your car under the building or in the immediate vicinity.
Even if located in the historic center you can park your car under the building in the blue stripes for a fee with speedometer or if you do not want to pay there are free parking about 500 meters. It is not in ZTL but at the limit of the limited traffic zone.
The house has a much lower price than others that are worse. The value for money is the best in all of Lecce.
I don’t host many people in this house because it is far from live dive, to accept a guest there are only 2 possibilities: or I am in Lecce before the guest arrives and hand him the keys of the apartment or the house keys must come to pick up in another city. This is the reason for the low price.

Lecce baroque, world heritage 'by UNESCO, is the starting point for visiting not only the beautiful city but also for places near of Salento, with its wonderful beaches and coastal locations such as Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca etc., It is also just about a hundred miles from the “Valle dell' Itri Albero bello ”with its trulli, or from Matera"city of stones", both world heritage 'by UNESCO.

The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, first aid kit, carbon monoxide sensor.

There is a deposit of 200 euro to be paid in cash on arrival or through the site which will be returned to you at departure when returning the keys.
If you leave the house clean at your departure, you will not be required to pay the cleaning fees which in this case will be 30 euro.
