Overall, we had a great experience. The property is huge, and even though we were a group of 19 people, it never felt crowded at all. The security person was incredibly kind and helpful, and he was always there whenever we needed assistance. The only area that could use some improvement is the bedding. The beds in the room were not very satisfactory, especially the combination of inflatable and other beds in the same room, which wasn’t very comfortable or cozy. The pillows, pillow covers, and quilts could also use some renovation or upgrading. The extra Jacuzzi arranged for us was definitely the cherry on top — we absolutely loved it! Overall, it’s a really great place, especially for large groups. With a few small improvements to the beds and bedding, this property could easily be top-notch .
