Location, soft bed
Rusty leaky faucet, rusty kettle inside, dust in the ventilation, dirty oven and baking sheets, shower is bad and no water pressure, some stains on the sofa and curtains, there is no light above the bed (the bulbs are unscrewed), the door to the toilet does not close (I think the condition of the handles can be estimated based on the photo), the hair dryer is dusty inside
