Bardzo fajne, czyste mieszkanie, jeszcze wszystko dosyć nowe, więc w bardzo dobrym stanie, kompletne wyposażenie (nawet żelazko i suszarka do włosów), gry planszowe i książki na leniwe wieczory, konkretne instrukcje dot. wejścia do mieszkania, w okolicy spokój, dobrze skomunikowane miejsce (autobusem ok. 20-30 minut do centrum), na dole piekarnia, żabka, auchan... Dla rodziny bardzo dobre miejsce na bazę wypadową. Dla mnie 5+

Typowe nowoczesne budownictwo, więc wieczorem może być słychać co sąsiedzi robią, trochę ciężko znaleźć przypisane miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym, no i coś o czym ktoś już chyba pisał - od 7 rano tak wali słońce z okna przy aneksie, że mogłaby tam zawisnąć jakaś lepiej zacieniająca roleta (patrz foto) :) poza tym jakieś pierdoły typu pozostawione jedynie 2 rolki papieru dla 5 os. x 4 noce lub pralka na tyle blisko toalety, że trzeba siedzieć pod skosem jak się jest trochę wyższym ;) ale to tylko drobnostki, które nie wpływają na ogólną bardzo dobrą ocenę.

The apartment itself is modern, nicely decorated, and located in a very convenient and quiet residential area. Having a supermarket in the same building was a great advantage, and overall the apartment had a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the apartment has great potential thanks to its location, design, and facilities, but the lack of preparation before arrival and the limited support during the stay made the experience less comfortable than expected.

1. We arrived as a group of five people, but the sofa beds were not prepared. We had to find the bed linen, duvets, and towels ourselves and make the beds upon arrival. We informed the host, and they apologized, but this was not the best start to our stay. 2. For a five-day stay with five guests, the supplies provided were very limited: only three toilet paper rolls and one dishwasher tablet were available. When we asked if we could receive an extra roll of toilet paper and some dishwasher detergent, we were told that the accommodation does not provide additional supplies. This was disappointing, especially considering the length of our stay and the number of guests. 3. The cleaning was not the best. We found rubber-like items, like for brackets and we also noticed that some of the rugs had lot of what appeared to be dog hair, so we had to vacuum them ourselves after arriving.

Wszystko ok. Czyściutko wszędzie. Łóżko w salonie też bardzo wygodnie. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Szybkie i bezproblemowe zameldowanie dzięki jasnej instrukcji od gospodarza. Praktyczna wskazówka: wejście do budynku znajduje się od strony ul. Umińskiego (klatka D), natomiast wjazd do garażu podziemnego – od ul. Znanieckiego. Apartament mieści się na 6. piętrze. Mieszkanie jest nowe, dlatego wciąż zachwyca świeżością, czystością i dbałością o detale. Wyposażenie jest w pełni kompletne dla całej rodziny, co pozwala na swobodne gotowanie i komfortowy wypoczynek.
