The overroll very good standard of the property and its location.
Help from the owner in terms of accessing an apartment.
Ants were in apartment every single day mostly in the kitchen area and storages.
One bed in the living room, whole side panel was damaged and coming away and I was not notified about
Under the beds in kitchen and living room lack of tidying, lots of dust and leftovers. We had to clean it ourselfs as we could not ignor that fact with alergic children.
Extremaly very loud washing machine.
No spare bin bags, one toilet roll, null dishwasher tablets.
No greeting gesture.
