The place is beautiful and brand new! The staff is very kind and helpful and the location is perfect! We saw so many animals right next to the hotel, it was magnificent. We especially loved the private Onsen in our room with a window facing the forest!

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and professional and efficient The building and rooms are just beautiful, this building is truly magnificent. The layout and furnishings of the room is wonderful and the beds are extremely comfortable. The private onset in each room is a wonderful addition and extremely comfortable, with a view on woodland and the occasional grazing deer The dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with high quality ingredients and excellent taste. The server in the dining room was also very lovely and attentive

Nothing - I should have booked a longer stay
