Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Man befindet sich im Grünen (wilder Garten) mit einem malerischen Ausblick auf die Stadt Seesen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Wanderwege im Harz) sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Besitzer kümmern sich ums Wohlbefinden und stehen bei Fragen gern zur Verfügung.

Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer Art Renovierungsphase. Hier und dort liegen Garten/Utensilien rum. Die Unterkunft mit dem Doppelstockbett ist zwar gemütlich, aber es fehlt an Komfort, um sich dort tagsüber/längere Zeit aufhalten zu können.
