The apartment also features a separate terrace with a grill. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via a short flight of stairs. We wish you a pleasant stay. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The dining area, with a table and 4 chairs, has room for the whole family. The bedroom has two single beds and a spacious closet. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. You can enjoy the beautiful weather on the covered patio, which features a table, 5 chairs, and a swing chair. There’s a playground for your little ones right next to the house. Dogs are very welcome here. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. In the town of Bad Grund, there’s a clock museum featuring everything from the smallest pocket watches to tower clocks. There’s also a cave adventure center with a museum and a stalactite cave, a “World Forest” featuring trees and shrubs from around the globe, and an educational trail about Native Americans. The town also houses a mining museum, as Bad Grund was once a mining town. There is also a “Fairy Tale Valley” dedicated to the legends and fairy tales of Bad Grund. At the Hotel Flora, located about 1,200 meters from the vacation rental, you can rent e-bikes. For mountain bikers, there are many marked trails in the Harz Mountains. You can also play mini-golf in town. All activities are within a distance of approximately 1 to 3 km.
