Portofino Terrace - villa panoramica con piscina condivisa

Ottima esperienza! La casa offre una vista bellissima, perfetta per fare foto e godersi il panorama, un salotto molto grande, tante stanze e un giardino spazioso dove abbiamo potuto trascorrere piacevoli momenti insieme, con anche la possibilità di fare una grigliata. La pulizia è stata ottima e gli spazi erano ideali anche per un gruppo numeroso. La piscina, condivisa con il condominio, è raggiungibile con una camminata di circa 8 minuti. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere il centro di Rapallo anche a piedi, passando attraverso delle caratteristiche scalette e percorrendo poi un tratto di strada. Un ringraziamento speciale a Lara e Nadia, le welcome agent, che ci hanno supportato in ogni fase del soggiorno, rispondendo sempre con disponibilità e gentilezza ai nostri dubbi e alle nostre richieste. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole e una casa che consigliamo.

La cucina era un po’ piccola e ci stavano al massimo 1-2 persone per cucinare. Inoltre, il lavello era piccolo e risultava un po’ scomodo lavare utensili o pentole grandi. Tuttavia, noi abbiamo mangiato soprattutto fuori, quindi non è stato un grande problema. Per raggiungere la piscina c’è anche un po’ di pendenza, quindi il percorso potrebbe risultare un po’ difficoltoso per chi utilizza una sedia a rotelle o ha un passeggino. D’altronde, essendo in Liguria, è una caratteristica abbastanza normale del territorio. Tutto sommato, comunque, è andato tutto bene.

We stayed with our two kids and the villa was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space across three floors — the kids had their own room and we never felt on top of each other. The terrace is stunning, we had breakfast there every morning looking out over the Gulf. You can tell this is a real family home, not a cookie-cutter rental — it has character and beautiful art and details. The garden gave the kids room to be outside, and the private parking made life so much easier. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Riviera . we did day trips to Portofino, Camogli, and Cinque Terre, all easy to reach. The nearest beach is less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a quiet residential area, which was great for us. The host and staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a quiet, safe, home.

- keine Informationsmappe: wie funktioniert der Fernseher, wo sind Restaurants, wo sind alle Fernbedienungen für die Klima Anlage, Wo ist der Pool - das Haus zu finden war sehr schwierig - der Abstieg vom Haus ins Zentrum ist nichts für schwache Menschen - den Pool zu finden und dorthin abzusteigen, war auch schwierig. - das Interieur war abgenutzt und die Betten haben ihren besten Zeiten hinter sich
