La vue est fantastique. La terrasse très agréable. La décoration est de bon goût et le logement adapté pour une famille.

En Italie les places de parc sont très petites. Prévoir un véhicule de petite taille pour se garer en bas du logement.

The kitchen is small but usable. Each bedroom had its own Air Conditioning Unit The view is amazing and the rooftop (shared for whole building) has nice chairs and a kitchen to cook on the roof.

It was fine, someone met us at the apartment. unfortunately he was not part of the group that managed the property, so he didn't know how to get in, where to park, how to turn things on etc. The Apartment was as advertised except for the Location (the map on bookings.com, shows the apartment about a .7km closer to town). it was about a 3km walk up and down a hill into town. Parking was first come first serve for the whole apartment complex. (at least 40/50 cars) so many times we had people paring on the road to leave, and we almost couldn't leave on check out day (car blocking road)

Utsikten

Kommunikationen fungerade inte optimalt men det ordnade sig till slut! Språket kan vara en faktor.

Die Wohnung ist groß und die beiden Bäder sind sehr praktisch. Außerdem sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort (bzw. der inkludierte Parkplatz) ist abhängig von der Anzahl der Autos anderer Urlauber. Teilweise sehr schwierig vor allem mit einem etwas größeren Auto ist es nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Parkplätze sind auch extrem eng und schwer einzuparken. Die Lage ist sehr weit von der Innenstadt entfernt der Fußweg dauert circa 40 Minuten. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig um Abends die Stadt zu erreichen, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht sehr zuverlässig sind. Die Lange „am Strand“ ist irreführend, der Ausblick auf das Meer ist toll aber die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt am Strand. Strandzugang vor Ort ist nicht vorhanden, dazu ist ein Auto oder die Zugfahrt nötig.
