Newly built property. All facilities included. Spacious, three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two on the third floor. 2 Bathrooms and 1 toilet; kitchen well equipped. Very clean. The location is great, within walking distance from the Sylvia Park shopping center. Easy to find this property.
The noise from vehicles at night because this property is located right on the street. We tried to move to the bedroom on the back, but the noise still disturbed us. Apart from the noise, this property is exceptional.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The central location saved us a lot of travel time for our meetings. Plus, the nearby green space was a huge plus for daily walks with the dog. It offered great value for money, and the hosts were very helpful.

Clean and modern facilities, worked well for our family with young kids to stay at. Good location, not far to drive to attractions and shopping mall.
Garage was a tight fit for parking, also bit hard to locate right flat initially but owner was very helpful

It was clean, fresh, warm cosy and had all the facilities that you needed. Close to all your amenities. Not too far to Mt Smart STADIUM if your a WAHZ fan. Highly recommend, will definitely be back 👌
