Amplasarea în zona centrală din București și amenajarea modernă a apartamentului.
Lipsa apei calde și a plaselor pentru țânțari la cele 2 uși ale balcoanelor.

Un apartament dotat cu cele de trebuință, poziționat în zona centrală și aranjat într-o notă modernă.
Având în vedere problema cu apa caldă în București, recomand montarea unui boiler pentru apă caldă și 2 plase de țânțari la ușile de la balcoane. La baie am dat notă mică datorită lipsei apei calde.

Ne-a plăcut comunicarea cu gazdele, apartamentul frumos, spatios, curățenia exemplară, multe spatii de depozitare, paturi mari, localizarea apartamentului aproape de centrul vechi. Am reveni oricând în acest apartament, îl recomand cu căldură.
