Instructions to find the caravan and pick up the keys were very clear and easy to follow. The caravan was absolutely spotless, and situated on a great location on the park. It's fully equipped and has everything you could need - plus all the thoughtful little extras that made us feel very welcome!
There is not much reception in the area and on the park. However there is wifi inside the caravan so that's another plus really : )

We had a wonderful stay at this private caravan at Ladram Bay. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly thoughtful, leaving fresh milk, bottled water, biscuits, toothbrushes and toothpaste, which was such a lovely welcome after our journey.
The kids absolutely loved the retro scooters, which were a fantastic touch and kept them entertained throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this caravan and would happily return. Thank you for such a welcoming and comfortable stay!
