Comfortable and clean very cosy Will definitely be going back

Property as described, great space for A family of five. Kitchen well equipped, good for Cooking or plenty in sidmouth for eating out. Tesco/coop/spar all within walking distance. Lovely to walk into the Byes and enjoy the mature trees, our dog enjoyed the river.

Parking was a little tense at times, with a removal wagon just squeezing past, one local a little vocal as well.

It had a fairly good front view apart from the scruffy road. The decor of the house was very good. Kitchen well equipped. Good bathroom.

Price was far too high . Arriving after 3pm Friday leaving before 10 am Sunday for over £500 . So many lists of things to do. Didn’t come away for two night stay to do the recycling in bins that had to go out on certain days. Glad ours was not one of them. List of items did not make sense. We took our waste away with us and brought it home to recycle it here. Ensure to leave the house clean. We hadn’t planned on dusting and washing floors . We wiped and cleaned . Laugh! if that was a 10 minute walk to the front( beach area) I’m a Dutch man. Water the outdoor plants( ok makes sense) . Over played the garden area a tad, however it was a cute little area. Not quite enough room for a party.
