A great location for us all to attend the 71st Annual Sidmouth Folk Festival.
Lovely quiet road and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Sidmouth.
The downstairs truckle bed doesn't pull all the way out due to a step being in the way.. This small ensuite room is only suitable for 1 person or 2 small children. 2 adult partners slept seperately - one in the ;truckle room and one in the upstairs single room. other than than that, a lovely tranquil house to stay with my adult family.

They took the security deposit of £200 9 days after we left without telling us they had taken it from the card and I am still waiting for an explanation why as there was no damage done to the property
