I did not like the key safe being controlled by an app. Time consuming and pointless. It would have been useful to use a key safe during the stay. Also could not leave the keys in there when departing, so after feeling I had to leave phone calls and messages explaining, I posted them through the door instead.

Absolutely wonderful house in a great location that we couldnt wait to return to every day.
Beautiful comfortable house excellently situated in Sidmouth and a great base for visiting local attractions. House gave six of us plenty of space, it was wonderful having the 3 bathrooms and facilities were excellent. We also really appreciated the provisions left by our kind hosts. Would highly recommend and we will definately be back.
There was nothing to fault. The only problem was the digital key to enter the property as there were scant instructions how to do it for a group useless at technology on a day where all of our phone networks were down! Either more instructions or a simple code would have lessened the initial stress but this wouldnt put us off returning and most people probably do this easily.

Once the house was warm it was an excellent property. Happily stay again.
Good location, furnished to a very high standard and ideal for a get together for 4 holiday accomodation providers that meet up once a year.
The house was freezing cold when we arrived and should have been on the day before, but it is controlled remotely by the owners app. It took 24 hours to warm the house eventually. I am not confidant that it would pass the new fire regulations so please look into this. Get rid of the keybox app and send a text to the visitors as it is far more efficient and age proof.
