La posizione è ottima, ben collegata e servita. La gestione della stanza e semplice ed i servizi minini sono garantiti. Alla fine dei conti, per quel che si paga è un buon affare Cosa aspettarsi: ottimi collegamenti, accesso 24/7 in una zona piuttosto tranquilla e molto vicina a Westminster, wifi libero.

Le dimensioni del bagno ed il fatto che non fosse per areato, i rotoli di carta igienica sono solo 2, in caso di necessità bisogna acquistarli separatamente, idem per shampoo/bagno schiuma Cosa non aspettarsi: cambio delle lenzuola o asciugamani ogni 2-3 giorni (viene fornito un set per tutto il soggiorno), rimpiazzo dei saponi o della carta igienica (bisogna provvedere da soli)

La posizione era ottima, facilmente si raggiungono le linee della metropolitana e i prinicipali autobus. Il prezzo è buono proporzionato alla posizione strategica

Occhio alla carta igenica ... Vi era solo un rotolo, ho richiesto quando esaurito per messaggio se potevamo averne altri ma non ho avuto risposta, quindi li ho comprati ...

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they kindly recommended some local attractions to us. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to many places. The shared areas were kept clean, and I think the accommodation could be a practical and affordable option for a longer stay.

The surrounding area was quite noisy and the soundproofing was poor, so there was a lot of noise at night and we did not sleep well. We were also disappointed with the check-in process in the system. When we made the booking, there was no clear notice that arriving after 10 p.m. would result in an additional charge. We only received this information by email after the booking had already been confirmed, and we were required to pay the extra fee before we were allowed to check in. There was also a last-minute room change. We had originally booked a double room, but only after we arrived late at night were we contacted and told that our room had been changed to a room with two single beds. Given how late we arrived, this was quite inconvenient.
