    This is a great find and definitely recommend. From the warm welcome, well designed rooms and roof top bar, all went well. Thanks to the team, our stay was too short - hope longer next time

    The location is great as it is within walking distance to Waterloo station and the Imperial War Museum. Bed are very comfortable and the interior designs tasteful and great teas and biscuits and sweets. We always enjoy our stay in H10 and look forward to trying out the Barcelona one:.

    I have stayed at this particular H10 many times over the last decade but this time was the absolute worst. The rooms were never cleaned on time even after repeatedly telling staff that I'd be out for a few hours from 09:00. The bar cannot put drinks on the rooms, which is common in any hotel. They lost my laundry for a day and then refused to remove the charge from the bill, or even offer a discount on their terrible service. If this place weren't so well located for my purposes I'd never stay there again. Beware!
