Single Ensuite Room in South Bank London

I was hosted by Luis, who has been the most attentive. Communication with Luis was clear, replies were timely and Luis was also very polite. Luis was helpful on several occasions, when there were some issues with the property. All in all the accommodation is very modest but serves its purpose. The room can get a little too hot and I would advise having earplugs if you are sensitive to sound, as with the window open there's a lot of noise coming from the street. And if the window is closed it gets too hot.

Good location to famous museums and central. Student accomodations_like room is standard and easy to stay here. The kitchen is clean and blight, so made me relaxed and refleshed.

I could use the washing machine only once. Maybe I couldn't use my card on payment.

Excellent location, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a fridge, stove and dishes.

Unfortunately, the room itself is a completely different story. It feels more like a prison cell, with an iron bed, old furniture and an extremely uncomfortable shower. It looks like the place hasn’t been renovated in at least 20 years. There are literally holes in the walls where the paint has fallen off, and the sink has separate hot and cold taps, which makes washing your hands particularly inconvenient. It is also very noisy, as there is an ambulance station nearby. To make matters worse, there is a window restrictor, so despite the temperature being around 30°C, it is impossible to properly ventilate the room. The photos are heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the room. What you see online is very different from what you get in reality.
