Cozy 50 m2 for 4 people - Parking - Balcony

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, bien décoré.

Canapé du salon très inconfortable, quelques petits dysfonctionnements (porte du balcon, store). Les stores ne sont pas assez occultants. Un peu cher pour la localisation.

How do I describe this? You know when you were young and your rich friends went away overseas on holiday and they let you "house sit" for them so you could also have a holiday? And you sat in the nice clean room on the super comfortable bed and had the best night sleep ever and woke up and the place just had everything? That's this place. Bed was super comfortable. Kids did not complain about the sofa bed for the first time EVER and said it was as comfortable as a bed. You could wake up in the morning and open all the electric blinds and let in the light. The owner was so nice and helpful and was always available if we needed anything (not that we needed anything because it has everything). I haven't slept this good in weeks and the bed was so good I asked him where he got the bed from and then ordered it for our home 😂😂😂. What I'm trying to say is, you are here, looking at this property and thinking "should we stay here?" The answer is yes. AND THEY HAVE FREE PARKING.

I couldn't stay in the bed longer :(
