Super new and fresh hotel, with very friendly and professional staff. I’d expect this type of hotel in the high end of Shanghai, but it’s Hanoi. The roof pool and bar, and basement gyms were extra plus.
Full disclosure the hotel is so newly built some small parts were still being finalised, but now the hotel is like 99% done, so dont take reviews from a month or two back as the true status.

Had a great stay at this newly opened corner hotel north of the old quarter area. Mike and Jason were very helpful in showing our rooms and giving recommendations on where to eat and sightsee. Service was great. Breakfast buffet with many choices, space was a bit small but not crowded.
Our room was spacious and everything was new and good.
Polishing of lobby floor at night sometimes, so we had to go through the side entrance. Otherwise everything was great.

The customer service representative whose name is MIKE, is a super proactive, helpful and professional.
