Apesar de reformado, as instalações deixam muito a desejar. Não tem onde pendurar toalhas no banheiro, assim como não tem itens básicos com sabonete. Apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico para 3 dias para 4 pessoas. Foi necessário comprar tudo . Muita areia no chão. A sala transformada em quarto com sofá cama, não tem 1 mesa ou cadeira para apoio . A geladeira fica colada na cama. Controles do ar condicionado não funcionam direito. Dificuldade de acesso ao apartamento porque só tem 1 chave para 3 portas para uso de 4 pessoas, dessa forma , tem que todos sair juntos e voltar juntos ou ficar ligando para quem não sair, descer para abrir tudo. Muito desconfortável !!!
