This 3-bedroom, 2-bath property blends rustic Texas roots with updated, modern furnishings and thoughtful design. A wheelchair-accessible ramp leads to the front porch, offering easy entry.
The main house features two king bedrooms and a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a spacious vanity. A private detached studio suite—accessed just off the porch—includes a third king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and a washer/dryer for extended stays or added privacy.
The open-concept interior includes:
-Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes & essentials
-Large flat-screen TV + Starlink Wi-Fi
-Western-inspired furnishings with modern flair
-High-end mattresses and luxury linens
Outside, enjoy:
-Fully fenced yard + gated private entrance
-Gravel parking for 2–3 vehicles and a horse trailer

• Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks/ etc.
• Favorite coffee and creamers (a starter kit is left at each property)
• Condiments
• Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics
• Ice (some ice makers can be finicky)

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!
