Queen and Duke Cottage

The host responded very quickly to questions. I had originally paid two pet fees for two dogs, but there was an emergency with one dog and could not join us at the rental and the host refunded the fee without hesitation, which was very much appreciated. There were minor issues in the house that I relayed at the end of the stay as they did not significantly affect our stay there and the host was quick to reply the reported issues would be reviewed and addressed as needed. My group enjoyed out stay there very much and my dog loved it there also.

We had a wonderful week. The host was very responsive.. and the pool was cool. It was good to be home.

We loved our stay …….talk about a fun house …….the pool was delightful…….the BBQ by the pool , was so useful .The house is huge …….lots of room to spread out and have family time and private time……the house was very clean and well organized .The location of the house , by a major highway , was so helpful .Lot’s of good aspects for family enjoyment at this lovely house ……and it’s private with a very clean pool for outdoor fun !Matteo The house has a long driveway and locking gate , so it’s private with no neighbors .

This place was perfect for a summer vacation! The pool was very relaxing, with the sounds of the fountains giving a nice ambiance. Given the Texas heat, you can swim well into the evening. The pool was very large and extremely clean for a country setting. The outdoor area was great for grilling and eating outside. The inside of the house was spacious and also very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean. The property owner was easy to work with and very quick to respond, although we didn't have any issues. We are hoping to make it back next summer!
