- All mattresses and pillows are encased with bed bug and mite proof protectors
- Bedroom 1 is oversized at 18’ x 22’ with 1 king and 1 single bed, a sitting area and a desk
- Bedroom 2 is spacious at 12’ x 17’ with 1 double and 1 single bed, a sitting area and a smart TV
- Bedroom 3 has two areas, with the bed area being 10’ x 12’ w/ a queen bed & TV and the adjacent breakfast bar area being 9’ x 12’, complete with its own kitchenette (including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cups, glasses and dishes)

- The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and stove, complemented by Calacatta Laza quartz countertops and a sleek single-bowl stainless steel sink with a kitchen faucet with pull down sprayer

- Everything you need to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea: a coffee machine, coffee K-cups, tea bags, sweeteners and beautiful tea and coffee cups

**Stays over 10 days incur an additional deep cleaning charge of $92 that must be paid at the time of booking.

$15 per pet/per night
$75 pet cleaning fee (up to 10 nights)
$100 pet cleaning fee (more than 10 nights)
Cats and Dogs are allowed, all sizes. Must be well behaved.
Guests and their pets have access to a one 1-acre front yard. Pets may be off leash if they are well trained and friendly towards horses and goats. The iron livestock fencing that we keep our horses in can easily be accessed by dogs and our goats roam freely at times.
