About this farm stay rental
Escape to the Mid-century Boho Farmhouse that offers a wonderful open living space, updated kitchen that looks out to countryside, and an elegant master suite complete with walkin shower, jacuzzi tub, and private patio. Come and enjoy the coziness of the country side along with horses, kitties and chickens! It is a farmhouse that was built in the early 90s, it’s super unique! Sunset Oaks is only 8-13 miles to the wineries. Boho farmhouse is perfect for a girls get together, family vacation or couples weekend.Come sit on the porches and sip on wine! Take a scenic walk on Pink Rock Trail! Or Blue Rock Trail! and now the purple rock trail!
We live on a hill and the sunsets are amazing! The stars at night are big and bright! Neighbors are few as well as mosquitoes!! Perfect for social distancing! Many deer, bobcats, birds and the wildflowers are plentiful! Also please note this is a farm so we also have lots of dust, spiders and bugs. We work very hard to keep things clean and tidy. But this is a farm.
There are views of a nearby private lake(not on the property) . The farm house is full of windows so you feel one with the outside being inside. There are 2 patios: one off the master suite ( fireplace, walk in shower, and jacuzzi tub for 2) and one off the dining room. The property makes for a perfect family vacation without having to go very far outside the metroplex. Need to work while on vacation, no problem we have a windowed office area that you can set up and work while enjoying the countryside. Don’t forget you hiking boots and hike the trails and check out the nearby smalls town of Texas that are full of history and yummy places to eat!
We are on a farm... with that comes some dirt, spiders, flies, birds, deer, raccoons, snakes, armadillos, turkey, amazing sunsets, calming sunrises, and the stars are big and bright! Be one with nature! We are on a farm and are for sure not the Hilton!(I think much better!;) There is something for everyone and every season! We also have farm dogs Ranger (howling beagle) and Rosie she is very friendly and she is a smiler! They bark at critters but we provide sound machines and ear plugs! The cows and bulls get a little noisy too. Life on the farm!

Property. We also have a massive covered patio with lights and fans. So gather your family and a long weekend or a week of being together!!!)
There is a fenced in 10 acres for the guests roam the prairie and the woods! We have made a Pink Rock Trail for you enjoy the flowers, grasses,trees, birds and bunnies! There is a treehouse and fire pit! Self check-in

We have chickens and farm kitties that live on the property and are all very friendly. Horse and pony live on the property. Please be KIND to all the animals. The farm dogs love people a d will love to walk the trails with you!
The grill is propane and feel free use what’s been left behind from others. The patios, parking and views are separate and unique to each BNB. We do not have wifi. But the farm connection is amazing! Great place to unplug!

We stayed at this amazing property for two weeks! We loved every minute of our stay! We are a large family with 5 kids aging 7months to 14 years old. The property offers so much beauty and fun animal interactions. The walking trails make for fun family walks. The house provides so much space and great working AC for the hot summer days. All the beds are comfortable and plenty of activities inside and out to keep the kiddos entertained. The host (Jenn) and her family are the sweetest and most caring! We are so grateful for the loving memories that were created at this location! Thank you so much for everything!!
