The house is 350 square meters and tl ground covers 15,000 meters. The beautiful surroundings of this country house are composed of green area with palm trees, a large pool with outdoor hot water shower, a private tennis course (with artificial lights) and a BBQ place for the long evening summer or winter nights, since you will also enjoy a special covered area.Bunyola is a restful township located at the meeting point between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This house is located in a valley near the picturesque Mallorquin train to Sóller.  ETV/14068 SA ROTAOfficial check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.   'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.  The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information.
