About this house rental
- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa Carmela ETV/11572 Beautiful villa for a relaxing holiday in the sun very close to the center of Palma, ideal for families with or without children. A large terrace with a large pool and barbecue on the terrace, table for 8 people and sun loungers also for 8. Just 2 minutes drive from Al Campo Shopping Center where there are cafes and restaurants with plenty of space to have fun. The two-storey house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large living room with an equipped kitchen integrated in a space with direct access to the garden terrace and pool. The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.
Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes 300kw electricity costs, water, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.

A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets

Amazing house! Everything was there. It is 13 min drive to the city centre of Palma and just a 7 min walk to the supermarket. In addition, we felt really welcomed and if we had any questions we could ask our contactperson

Una casa perfectamente ubicada y comunicada con el resto de la Isla. Tiene cerca un supermercado y centro comercial. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unas buenas vacaciones

séjour parfait dans cette magnifique villa. seul bémol impossible de profiter dehors le soir après 22h car le voisinage ne supporte aucun bruit.
