• Professionally drained, cleaned, and refilled after each stay

Hot Tub Safety

• Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult
• Never leave children unattended near the hot tub
• No glass containers or glassware in the hot tub area
• No diving, jumping, or running around the hot tub
• Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions should consult their physician before use
• Keep the cover closed and secured when not in use

Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

OUTDOOR FIREPLACE / FIRE PIT

• Firewood is not provided
• Use only seasoned firewood
• Bundled firewood is available nearby for purchase

Fire Safety

WILDLIFE AWARENESS

This is a mountain home and wildlife sightings are possible.

• Bear sightings, while uncommon, can occur

The home receives regular professional pest-control service; however, occasional insects may still be encountered in a natural mountain setting.

WATER SYSTEM

The home is supplied by a private well and equipped with:

• Advanced iron filtration system

The water is safe for household use. Guests who prefer bottled drinking water are welcome to bring or purchase it.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the home, on decks, and anywhere on the property except the designated parking area.

A minimum $250 remediation fee will apply for violations.

OPEN FLAMES
• Candles and open flames are prohibited
• Violation fee: $100 plus damages
