+Bedrooms: Our cabin features 3 floors with 9 beds that include all soft organic cotton linens and accommodates up to 16 guests. All bedrooms and common rooms come with tv’s and Netflix premium loaded ready to watch.
Main Level:
-1 Master Bedroom with a King sized bed & en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Upper Level:
-Master Bedroom with a a King sized bed, Two Twin Mattresses, a pack N play for a baby, & en-suite bathroom (sleeps 4)
Lower Level:
-1 Master Bedroom with Four Queen sized beds on double bunkbeds & en-suite bathroom (sleeps 8)
-1 Master Bedroom with a Queen sized bed ,a pack N play for a baby, & en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
+Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with all new cookware, cutlery, and appliances you will need for your stay. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crockpot, Keurig duo with pods.
The dining table comfortably seats eight people with 4 additional stools on the kitchen island. There is also a private outdoor grill that we supply the gas.
+Pets:
We welcome up to 3 house-trained dogs and have no breed or weight restrictions. A flat $175 pet fee per stay covers up to 3 dogs (not per dog), so your four-legged family members can enjoy the Smokies too!
To help us keep the cabin clean and comfortable for all guests, we ask that dogs be respectful of the space, remain off all furniture and beds, and not be left unattended if they may cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbances. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any pet-related damages that occur during their stay.
+Game Room:
Our Game Room features a brand new shuffleboard table, an Mario arcade that features over 1000 different retro games, and an oversized sectional with blackout shades for a movie night on our 65" TV.
+Outdoor Space:
Our outdoor space includes two floors of wrap around deck with plenty of rocking chairs to relax and take in the view. We have an extra large 7' Cedar hot tub to soak in and relax in. It fit 10 adults. On a warm summer's day you are welcome to adjust the temperature to use the tub as a stock pool perfect for a family looking to have fun while cooling off from a hot day. We also have a swing with a twin sized bed, relaxing chairs, and a 8' picnic table on the top deck.
+Laundry:
Full sized washer and dryer.
+Amenities:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, hand soap and bathroom trash liners.
+Private Parking:
Flat Parking for Up to 4 vehicles.
+Entry:
Our home comes with an electronic lock that will send you a custom door code to use for the duration of your stay.

Great place. Brought the whole family

Ben was an excellent communicator and provided clear details regarding our stay and even some very helpful video instructions for when arriving at his cabin. There was nothing about the cabin that did not meet my expectations, only exceeded them. The accommodations were very clean, and the furniture was comfortable and very nice quality. We found everything we needed from cooking supplies, coffee machine, to towels for the bathroom and hot tub. Our kids loved to get some action at the arcade, and we played shuffleboard as a family. Sometimes you find small "misses" here and there, minor disappointments that you can get over, but you notice them. In our case at Ben's property, there were no such misses. Everything was cozy, plenty of space, everything was very clean, and Ben was a pleasure to work with. I seriously doubt you will find a better cabin with this amount of space and in an area like this. It is removed from the main strip but nearby to all of the action of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Highly recommended!!!

Tremendous hosts. Cabin was clean and smelled amazing when we arrived. Beds were extremely comfortable. New towels. It was just a really pleasant stay. Would absolutely stay again if we have the chance.
