You’ll also find the short drive to the grocery store and many restaurants to be a major convenience during your stay.
This Luxury log cabin is situated with convenience to the Pigeon Forge attractions (5.5 miles from Dollywood/Splash Country) and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

They have: SWIMMING POOL, BASKETBALL, TENNIS, VOLLEYBALL, WORK OUT GYM, TRACK, BOWLING, ETC..... small fee to the center to use facilities.
Many people who have stayed in the area ask us about the roads leading to the cabin. Our area is somewhat hilly, not high up in the mountains. You won't be on narrow, windy roads with big drop offs on the side. It's easy to get to the cabin in all seasons. Plus the roads are maintained when snow and ice are present.
Many places that advertise as being in Pigeon Forge are not actually within the city. Bearfoot Corner Cabin is in the city in the heart of everything, we have the benefit of having city water!!!! Plus, we have two 80-gallon hot water tanks, so you never have to worry about running out of hot water!!!! If you've stayed in the areas outside city limits in the past, or in Gatlinburg, you may have had to deal with well water that smells like rotten eggs. Not so at Bearfoot Corner Cabin! We have great, clean, treated water, safe for drinking and cooking with.
Bearfoot Corner Cabin has a well equipped kitchen with all new Stainless Steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. For your convenience, the following is available for your use:

Very kid friendly. Porch is elevated and safe. Kid gates everywhere. Home is warm and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. We had two families of five, both with young kids, and we all fit with plenty of space and beds.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Home away from home. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in comfortable beds, made full use of the kitchen amenities, and enjoyed the game room. Overall an excellent place for our group stay. Host does a great job communicating with guests.

We recently got back from staying at Barefoot Corner Cabin. The cabin was very clean and beautiful. All light switches were labeled which took the guess work out of which switch goes to which light. Cabinets were also labeled. The cabin is very spacious. Anthony checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's been a while since we last stayed in a VRBO, so perhaps our expectations may not sync w/current standards.CHECKOUT REQUESTSWe were surprised by the detailed check-out process, which included stripping the beds, placing linens and towels in the tubs, washing & putting away dishes, taking out trash from every room to outdoor bins, & removing all food. While I understand some of these requests have become common since COVID, it felt excessive considering we also paid a cleaning fee. For example, placing linens in the tub doesn’t eliminate the need for staff to handle them later.CLEANLINESSWe noticed a few issues with the home. A spare pillow was stained (likely from sweat), & sheets had bleach stains. These small details detracted from the overall cleanliness.HOUSE RULES/AMENITIESThere were additional requests, such as adjusting the thermostat during the day when leaving & ensuring lights were off. While understandable, it was inconvenient, especially when returning home to a dark house.Some amenities also fell short of expectations. TVs required multiple remotes for basic functions like power, volume, & channel changes, which was frustrating. The pool table was undersized & positioned in a tight space, making it difficult to use standard cues without hitting walls/windows—we had to rely on a kiddie cue.POSITIVESDespite these drawbacks, there were several positives; plenty of hot water, appliances worked, beds were comfortable, & location was convenient
