Great place to stay. The host was very accommodating. This is minor and more of a personal preference, but the added arcade games were a great addition, however if you are bringing smaller children who take naps or go to bed early, it would be ideal if those machines were either on in the same area as the pool table to keep noise more centered on one floor.

Very nice cabin for family gathering. Host was very responsive to messages throughout the stay. The location was perfect- only one mile off the parkway with easy access. Easy check in and leave process. Will definitely consider staying again!

Very clean place and had everything we needed!

Check in was rough due to the fact I wasn't notified that there was a water leak & that we wouldn't have water till the following morning. I emailed them to see if we could get in early & that is how I found out there was an issue. Mind u it was an hr before 12 ppl was due to arrive. When we finally got there the house wasn't clean. So another email to have the cleaning crew come back & clean the house. Then I had to email again about the hot tub not being cleaned & filled. When they finally came back to do that the cleaning crew went though our food & cooler & took items & left all 3 doors to the house unlocked. We were gone when this happened. Very very very upsetting. There were several valueables in the house. I emailed again & I got well we will look into it & never received an email back till I emailed them again & still nothing. Finally I got a response & it was well can't do nothing about it. That was not except able. They did change our lock code. Better then nothing I guess. The hot tub stunk, the pool table is broken, bathroom faucet broken, and tub plug broken. The remotes backs were all broken & 1 remote for the frontroom wasnt even there. But hey Pigeon Forger & Gatlinburg was awesome. There is more I could say but I'm definitely not returning. They said to leave house the way we found it. We left is way better. We will not be returning to this property. The theft alone is unexceptable.
