Welcome to our exclusive apartment located in the historic village of Bellagio, right on the lakefront and overlooking Piazza Mazzini. The DELUXE apartment, with its panoramic terrace facing the lake, offers a unique experience with breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding Alps. Enjoy the timeless charm of our enchanting town.
THE APARTMENT:
The 70-square-meter apartment, completely renovated with modern finishes, is located on the first floor of a historic building accessible via a few steps. The DELUXE option is perfect for those seeking modern comforts in an authentic setting. The spacious open-concept living room is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable sofa, a reading nook, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped open kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, includes everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes or enjoy a relaxing morning breakfast.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with windows overlooking the lake: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, and bidet.
THE TERRACE:
The real highlight of this apartment is its private terrace, where you can relax with a good book or enjoy an outdoor lunch while admiring the landscape that unfolds before your eyes. Equipped with sun loungers, reclining chairs, a parasol, and an outdoor dining table, it’s the ideal place to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located just 30 meters from the dock where public boats and water taxis moor and 300 meters from the bus station. The Basilica of San Giacomo, Punta Spartivento, and the Gardens of Villa Melzi—Bellagio’s main historical attractions—are just a few minutes’ walk away. As soon as you step out the door of the apartment, you’ll find yourself surrounded by ancient stairways and arcades lined with shops and restaurants. Bellagio is the perfect starting point for visiting all the other towns on the lake, such as Varenna, Menaggio, and Lenno. Finally, if you’re a nature lover, you can explore hiking trails and routes, or simply stroll along the lake’s shores.

The property and unit were wonderful. Clean and modern finishes. Very comfortable for the two of us. The unit offered everything we needed. The refrigerator is an undercounted version and offered enough space for our needs. The kitchen had sufficient supplies and we were not wanting for anything. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and quite comfortable. There is more than enough closet and the bed was comfortable for us. The star of the show is the veranda. Very large and overlooks the lake and mountain range. It offers a dining table, lounge chairs and two chaise lounge chairs. It was spectacular and we could not have asked for more. The location is central and provides easy and quick access to restaurants and other entertainment and cultural activities. Giuseppe, our host, was always responsive and provided useful information. His communication was always on point. His local managers/agents, Davide and Heather were wonderful. They met us for check-in, provided information on the unit and provided a wealth of information on restaurants and attractions. All in all, this was wonderful and comfortable unit with a great location and responsive host. We recommend highly and look forward to returning soon.
