Perfect for families, couples, beach travelers, and weeklong summer vacation guests, this home delivers the ideal mix of coastal relaxation, resort-style perks, and convenient access to everything the Bethany Beach area has to offer.
Things to Know Before You Book:
• You will be required to acknowledge and sign a 'Rules and Regulations' form, required by the HOA, within 48 hours of booking. Please send a message to request the forms.
• 7-night stay required: This home rents Saturday to Saturday year-round, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out only.
• Community facilities fee: A $125 facilities fee applies.
• Parking: Parking is available for 2 vehicles: 1 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking is available at the end of the townhome row, to the right of the home near the basketball and pickleball courts.
• Garage access: The garage is accessible from inside the home only.
• Trash pickup: Trash is collected every Monday. Recycling is collected every other Monday.
