Linens and bath towels are provided, so guests can pack lighter and settle in faster. Perfect for families, couples, beach travelers, and weeklong summer vacation guests, this home delivers the ideal mix of coastal relaxation, resort-style perks, and convenient access to everything the Bethany Beach area has to offer.
Things to Know Before You Book:
• You will be required to acknowledge and sign a 'Rules and Regulations' form, required by the HOA, within 48 hours of booking. Please send a message with your email address to request the forms.
• 7-night stay required.
• Community facilities fee: A $125 facilities fee applies.
• Parking: Parking is available for 2 vehicles: 1 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking is available at the end of the townhome row, to the right of the home near the basketball and pickleball courts.
• Garage access: The garage is accessible from inside the home only.
• Trash: Please take all trash to the white fence enclosed community dumpster, located next the mailboxes and dog park.
