🎉 This is a strictly no-party, no-event property. That means no gatherings, group functions, or celebrations beyond the registered guests.
🤝 We ask that you treat the surrounding neighborhood with respect at all times.
💸 Violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of your rental payment, and a $500 fine. We take this seriously and appreciate your understanding.
👥 Occupancy & Registered Guests: For insurance and local compliance reasons, the total number of occupants must accurately match the reservation. All guests staying at the property must be officially added to the reservation prior to arrival. Unregistered guests will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
A Quick Note on Hiccups: Even with the best preparation, the unexpected can occasionally pop up during a stay. If anything feels off, isn't working as it should, or just needs a little attention, please reach out to us as soon as you notice it.
