About this house rental
Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home across from horse ranch, minutes to winery, brewery, dining, shopping, sporting venues (Maverick’s ice hockey, Royal’s baseball, Chiefs football,) walking/biking trails, 10 minutes to historic Truman Square and 20 minutes to Kansas City downtown.
No shoes are to be worn on carpet . A bench is by the front door for convenience and a shoe tray for wet or soiled shoes.

This home was so very comfortable and spacious in a beautiful area! I thoroughly enjoyed the "country" feel of the location, while everything needed was just outside the complex. Loved the peacefulness of the area and the home! Plenty of space for all, well stocked kitchen, and bathrooms. Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend here! Thank you!

The house is lovely. The problem was upon entering, it smelled very musty. Then when we took showers, it smelled like sewage back up. There must be something going on with the drainage system and maybe some moisture in the house? Other than that, the managers responded quickly when we told them about the smell but there wasn’t much to be done ing our stay. The listing said there was play equipment for kids and we did not see any. We were busy exploring KC so we did not have much time at the house. I would give five stars if it wasn’t for the smell!
