Sienna Grobla 6A Street | 28 m² | Nadmotławie A49 is the perfect choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. The apartment, despite its small size, is 29m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. Comfortable double bed, TV set in front of it. The dining area is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast or any other meal. A separate room is a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine for a comfortable, longer stay. A balcony with comfortable furniture is an additional space. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drink. The view throughout the day is one of a kind - the river is connected with the buildings of the historic Gdańsk Shipyard.
Guest Access:
The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Nadmotłwie A49 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
