The spacious living room is the heart of this place, with a comfortable fold-out sofa and a dining area creating an ideal zone for relaxation and shared meals. Adjacent to the living room is a modern kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary to prepare tasty dishes and enjoy them with company. The bedroom is decorated in a charming style, with the central place occupied by a comfortable double bed. A large wardrobe provides ample space for storing clothes and personal items, ensuring order throughout the room. The bathroom impresses with its modern design and functionality. A comfortable shower is the perfect place for a relaxing bath after an eventful day.
The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the spacious balcony, which is the perfect place for morning coffee, relaxing reading or evening meetings at sunset.
Guest Access:
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry to cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.

The Neighborhood:
The Nadmotławie C16 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.
